Tawam Hospital: In November 2007, in affiliation with Johns Hopkins, Tawam hospital opened a state of the art Oncology and Breast Care Center which is the first of its kind. They are equipped with highly specialized clinics that offer services such as counseling, diagnostic work-up, planning of radiotherapy, chemotherapy treatment and transfusion of blood products.

Gulf International Cancer Center: The Gulf International Cancer Center is the first outpatient facility in the gulf to provide cancer care that follows US clinical standards, in collaboration with The George Washington Medical Center. The scope of services includes many areas in cancer diagnosis and treatment. The center building is a 4,000 square meter facility run by staff and management from the US and Europe.
