The Center is a centralized resource for clinical communication with patients, patient advocates, investigators and healthcare providers. The state-of-the-art facilities enable customized screening and clinical trial educational programs that are configured to meet the specific needs of each client.
Inbound Services Patients Info-Line
- Processing inquiry from patients; register or record volunteer personal data in the database
- The info line will consist of general information regarding:
- Clinical trials, their design and purpose, criteria for participation and additional disease and treatment information
- Presenting the risks and benefits a volunteer could have from a clinical trial
- Specific treatments and services related to a certain disease/affection: Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, sleep disorders, addiction etc.
